In the occult so many times people talk about gods and goddesses casually without truly addressing the fundamentals of what they are. This leads to a wide range of faulty assumptions which are slowly adopted as facts. In many cases it is fair to say that these faulty assumptions have been venerated as fact in a number of “mainstream” occult circles for generations. Although “mainstream occult” may seem to be an oxymoron, by this I mean generalized Wicca, general Paganism encompassing all of its various cultural flavors as they are practiced by outsiders to that culture, some of which are now extinct in their native lands. It also includes general independent Ceremonial Magick users, Chaos Magicians to some extent (although the fault here usually lies with their underestimation of what the entities are and not so much with naive awe or anthropomorpizations.) Finally I would be remiss to not mention the plethora of tea party Thelemites, nearly all of them who eschew Abrahadabra, Nuit (Nwt) or the twingod Hermes phoenix of “Had-Ra Hoor Khut” in favor of some substitute such as Isis, Pan, Dionysus, Zeus, Thor or other such typical pagan praxis. Much meaning and circumstantial evidence is projected onto their favorite cartoon character until they have convinced themselves that this abominable and degraded creation is what magick is all about. These people are useless assholes.
The anthropological data can be useful in certain cases, though even amongst the ancients the figures became greatly degraded (For example the Greek Athena to the Roman Diana as noted by Aleister Crowley The Book of Thoth). Modern opinions can be useful. It depends on who is doing the talking. Always be very careful about what you read and be sure at least that the writer seems sincere if examining magickal texts rather than anthropological ones.
There is a morbid obsession with *contracts* in our society, especially with the so-called *Devil*. I think there is a kind of truth behind the idea of binding agreements, but most people have such a comical idea of them that it comes off as silly. In classical Indian theology the choice of ishta dev is no choice at all, at least beyond some kind of event horizon of the free will. The doctrine of the Mahabharata suggests that when it comes to deity, our first *willful* choice is a permanent one. It fails to tell us when this choice is made, or if it can ever be changed. Furthermore, there is nothing in the text to explain how one can know if such a thing has occurred. In an eternity it is nigh fucking impossible to pinpoint exact dates and symptoms that lead to one’s current position. Bardon warned against creating any kind of contracts with spirits. Yet what if there is a part of our soul traded in for the little everyday choices? Eventually this leads to a kind of surrender to forces which have nothing good in store for the rest of the world that dares oppose its vileness. We only need to point to the gross abuses of global capitalism unfettered by morality, the military industrial complex, or the manipulative banking system. All of these things are ok in moderation when their leaders heads are properly screwed on but we have far past the point where the greedy gave a damn about anyone else.
In the interim of a true encounter with the Great Beyond, great misunderstanding of what the Gods and Goddesses are can create serious problems. They can also lead to bad alliances that run contrary to Will itself, a dangerous situation for those few who carry the responsibility of furthering Abrahadabra in this world. Let me explain to you the way Abrahadabra views deity.
Fundamentally Gods and Goddesses are consciousness nodes. The Body of Light is seated in the medium of consciousness. We can create an analogy in looking to oceanic life. Cetaceans transmit and recieve soundwaves through their foreheads, constituting the language of dolphins and whales. Now this language causes reactions, but imagine it could create very strong reactions. Imagine instead of sound, the waves were made of thought itself, and instead of travelling through water or air like a mechanical wave, it travelled similar to James Maxwells’ electromagnetic waves discovered in the late 19th century, able to pass through the vacuum of space. (We’re not going to assume they are electromagnetic waves however) We’re used to the idea of words urging people on to action. A few careless words can start a bar fight or a snappy slogan can move people to passionate action. Let’s imagine that these unknown waves containing unknown information encrypted in an unknown way were travelling through space faster than light, and that they could evoke feelings and provoke action in such a powerful way that we were powerless to stop ourselves. Then, going a little further, let’s imagine these waves couldn’t be detected, that no one even knew they existed, and that they could not be measured with modern technology. Let’s also assume that the mechanism for the creation and reception of these soundwaves, moving through gas, liquid, solid and vacuum as if it were all the same, wasn’t even recognized by mankind and the research on it had stopped thousands of years ago with the decay of the discipline of Spiritual Alchemy.
This phenomenon and these mechanics do exist, they are real, and it is the nature of the Body of Light and the vast network of consciousness. Individuals like Rupert Sheldrake, Phillip John and Darold Treffert could one day be remembered as pioneers in the field. But given the recent cascade of events humanity will most likely take a darker path, which would necessitate a schism in the species between those who can manipulate thought and those who cannot: Homo sapiens sapiens, naive and oblivious *slave race* to Homo sapiens astralis. The Kings and Queens of the Earth are real. We are playing *slave* to the slaves most of the time here on Earth and this fundamentally has to change. I believe this is what is meant by the talk of slaves and the serpent’s “few and secret” servants in the Book of the Law. People think this sounds crazy. But when did the opinion of people ever matter when you can control their thoughts, actions and decisions? People are just a backdrop to an important reality that cannot be ignored by those privileged enough to know. This privilege has been granted to them by Nature himself, and cannot be made to bow to false ideology or the whining of entitled yet powerless ideologists. I am appealing to the royalty of Earth here. You know that the world is wrong and completely on its head as far as magick or the occult goes. It’s no secret that most occultists are poor or suffer hardship in some way despite their amazing talents. Ask yourself if your “Gods” might be lying to you. A few simple parlor tricks are nothing compared to the incredible power and majesty of the TwinStar. It’s machinations are elegant, effective, completely just, pure and righteous. And it has the capacity to fulfill every desire and whim that you long for from worship of *pagan* Gods. It eats *falsehoods* for breakfast and it can utterly destroy *mogu* (for lack of a better term – I borrowed this word from World of Warcraft lore because it so aptly describes the dangers of overemphasizing dogma, obsession, blind hatred and arrogance)
“The Many is as adorable to the One as the One is to the Many. This is the Love of These; creation-parturition is the Bliss of the One; coition-dissolution is the Bliss of the Many. The All, thus interwoven of These, is Bliss. Naught is beyond Bliss. “
The Book of Lies: The Oyster by Aleister Crowley
“Let it be that state of manyhood bound and loathing. So with thy all; thou hast no right but to do thy will.”
The Book of the Law 1:42 (Nuit)
In this we have two definitions of the Many: in the first as something that must be bound (due to corruption) and in the second where that is adored and bathed in the bliss of mutual Love between the One and the Many. This relationship is the foundation of the standard “There is No God but Man”, meaning they are intertwined. The idea of a far away and lofty God out of reach must be obliterated and we must be able to recognize and tap into the true “One” who states adamantly: “I am alone: there is no God where I am” (2:23 Liber al vel Legis) IF the ONE defines him/herself as *not God* then what does that leave us with? The MANY. “There is No God but Man.” I’ll leave it for the Christians and Muslims among you to sort that one out yourselves but it is an interesting chestnut indeed. Misunderstand *ONE* as God and *Man* as some pitiful creature crawling about in the mud just leaves you with an extremely ill-dignified bunch of monkeys and a righteously pissed off *ONE*. /endrant
What if the sun is conscious? Humans have acknowledged the sun as a consciousness since time immemorial. It doesn’t speak English without some adjustments but they felt the connection to the divine through our stars above and beyond their warmth or beauty. Per The Abrahadabra Institute which believes that “Every Man and Every Woman is a Star” and are correctly classified as *A Consciousness Stars*. Gods, goddesses and various “spirits” archetypes, daemons and so on are parts of this natural enviroment. Like the components of a computer, some of them are hard drives, repositories for data. Others are GPU’s, concentrating on manifesting spectacular beauty. The so-called demons, regarded as wrathful deities in the East, are misunderstood functions of consciousness. This isn’t to say that things like *viruses* don’t exist in consciousness, but they can never threaten consciousness itself, only temporarily cause pain born out of ignorance. It may be that we are in a complex virtual reality, but this theory could be arising out of a misunderstanding of Abrahadabra by modern and primitive human science. It wouldn’t come as a surprise that a biased academia has been approaching Abrahadabra so ass-backwards that it has been examining the iceberg with a magnifying glass. Our bodies may reside in physical space but it is consciousness which has taken control of and animated the element of earth, our material universe. *The Khabs is in the Khu, not the Khu in the Khabs*.
We need not wait for Science to catch up with consciousness. We can use it right away, in fact we already have the technology. The gods, goddesses, demons, devils, angels and other *daemons* of Heaven, Earth and the Hells are part of our inheritance as *stars* and should be regarded as no more forbidden than a piece of advanced technology. I will warn any occultist that they are not pets nor are they easy to access, control or bend to one’s Will. They are only as useful and powerful as you are as a matter of fact, and you are not the only mind accessing them. Remember this and you will go far with this work.
As for the conspiracy of silence in the scientific community surrounding this type of phenomena it is best to cultivate a record of personal experience. Take note when remarkable things happen and build on that to create even more amazing successes so that when the talking heads rail and rant that it is merely coincidence or delusion or confirmation bias you may have certainty, and with it a power they can never claim themselves, therefore a power they can never trace, stop or harangue.

There’s no time like the present to engage with reality so I went ahead and posted it per his request.
