simple twinstar meditation

I’ll introduce you to a simple guided meditation on the TwinStar anyone can do. The TwinStar “likes it fast and hot” in the course of the official TwinStar meditation, which counts from 1-10 across the Tetractys of the Decad. Normally you do this slightly complex meditation very very fast, under 5 seconds normally, and you raise a tremendous amount of energy during a 10-720 minute session.
Even though this is an alternate meditation, and it’s considered passive, it’s not one where you sit and still the mind or relax it, or try to empty it or other such nonsense. Dispensing with the shackles of mind altogether is a technique known in the Japanese martial arts community as no-mind, which is different than emptying the mind like it is some kettle of fish.
The mind can never actually be turned off, what we can do is raise our consciousness above one of the lower rungs of the Body of Light, our flesh body, into higher rungs of The Body of Light. This mental asana positions us in the above and detaches us temporarily from the flesh body’s mechanical processes, allowing us to access higher mind.
Not everyone is ready for the style of *action meditation* that is more desirable, at least, not at first. It seems difficult, overwhelming even. Doubly so if the inability to perform is accompanied by a sense of urgency. The mirrors have their ways of instigating action and you may feel extreme pressure to learn a certain technique. This can be a little overwhelming.
I’ve developed a method of learning the TwinStar which can be satisfying but doesn’t require intense focus. Be aware however, that the fast and complete meditations are something you will enjoy and benefit from eventually if you learn to stick with it. Slow, awkward steps of a toddler lead to the fast, perfect and balanced run of an adult.
Simply take any image of the TwinStar and gaze at it. The best images are under normal or tinted glass, mimicking a black mirror.
The most advanced rungs of Mutational Alchemy were only ever explained to me. That was very frustrating for both of us. He loved writing in forums but the structured task of composing chapters of his immense work bored him to tears. He never had the patience to write down much of the intricacies of practice, only the model. Yet I do understand some of the techniques cannot be easily explained in text without extensive illustrations. Even though he taught thousands of people over the course of his lifetime, indirectly, he hated teaching. “I have to teach.” he told me, once, bemoaning his fate.
The Book of the Law states in the first chapter “He must teach, but he may make severe the ordeals.” We used to have curious conversations about that, as we were compelled to structure things so that potential students had to stand on their own two feet. They were never prepared. I’m also inclined to believe that these few students only came to us out of desperation – they had tried everything else. The world isn’t ready for Mutational Alchemy.
One of the first things the P’an Ku mirror told me, when it began instructing me strangely, and I was able to understand its encrypted signals in English, was that if I could not swim I would sink – no one would be allowed to assist me in the task of self-creating my levity. m1thr0s himself was hard on me, as were all of his associates who knew little of Mutational Alchemy. These were the secret ordeals of the Book of the Law. The first task for any neophyte to learn straight away is that one must be detached from the personal peculiarities of these ordeals. They speak through people, and the turbulence is not coming from them directly. If one cannot do this, they will fail. Choronzon and the Will of Heaven penetrates through all life.
Then m1thr0s and I would stay up all night drinking coffee and I would work on the deck, while he pushed forward with a new model of Mutational Alchemy, such as the Hidden Diamond Sutra or the Temporals, which are far beyond the practices that he could present to newbies. This was by necessity alone – the contents of the reports he was receiving from various sources had to be laid out and recorded.
The article What is the TwinStar? is a fundamental explanation of Mutational Alchemy praxis, however it is too complex for many who do not wield the benefit of understanding or scrying experience. As the saying goes around here – “if you meet the mirrors halfway they’ll pickup where you are lacking” and the same is true of the simplest of gazing operations: passive scrying.
The technique could not be more easy: simply stare at the TwinStar. This is called “mirror-gazing” and while it is not endemic to Mutational Alchemy practice, it can propel one forward if they are lacking the stability and mental acuity to perform the TwinStar meditation itself.
While I had some active scrying knowledge and had memorized the order of the Sephira on the Tree of Life, much of my initial encounters with the Mutational Alchemy material took place while I was passively gazing the P’an Ku mirror, a precursor to the doctrine of the Twin Trees.

The original arrangement of the 64 hexagrams on the Tree of Life by m1thr0s 729, called The P’an Ku Mirror

I heard it calling my name, I heard it chanting encouragement, and its indisputable insistance that I pay attention to it came through on the communication waves as a soft but persistant voice. The trees are wonderful for building a bridge to Abrahadabra. The TwinStar doctrine is much loftier than the trees. The tree is within the star, not the other way around. This was the mistake Crowley made with Abrahadabra and while I don’t imagine enough people scrutinize Crowley enough to be put off by it, the distinction is important to both assert and recognize if we are to have success.
The slow approach to the TwinStar is the approach of Water and Earth, passive gazing. My development of this methodology was encouraged both by m1thr0s’ insistance on not interfering with an individual’s unique approach to the system, respect for their wyrd and will, as well as my particular role in the alchemical operation we were undertaking together.
Our relationship was based on me fulfilling my place as the feminine elements and he as the masculine. We were both rooted in Water and Fire, but we were manifesting Air. That is the general direction the Earth and humanity had to take. m1thr0s loved to think of me as The Goddess. He was a Shakti worshipper, as all true Tantricists are. Kali was his beloved, and he knew I also worshipped her and felt a kinship with her.
He seemed shocked and surprised when I told him one day I didn’t agree with his apologetics for the I Ching. There are several passages in the I Ching which are viewed as denigrating women. One of his previous girlfriends had found them offensive. He advised me that I would have to ignore these passages. I was a bit surprised myself, although touched by his sensitivity to sexism. I told him that during my first early weeks with the I Ching by my side, after I had forged an alliance with The Abrahadabra Institute and began my initiation rites, spontaneously, that those passages constituted some of the most wonderful and intimate experiences with the I Ching. It’s just right for Yin to appreciate Yang, and vice versa, in my opinion. It took some time for him to get used to my views on these issues, but in my opinion this misunderstanding of Yin and Yang’s position leads to all of the ill-dignified Yin and yang positions out there amongst humans.
In our pathworking together we always had to make little adjustments, but the most important ones seemed to be those in which we scaled back our misguided respect for one another. For me, my place was to manifest K’un in the place of Jen. That is, I was the representation for the entirety of Yin, manifesting Yin in her most proper place, from within the body of a Man (Jen). He was to me the highest representation of Yang in this world, representing the culmination of the best of Jen. It was this formula which would create the world, after we destroyed it. This Tantric weaving is very hard to appreciate froma fundamentalist feminist perspective, just as it is difficult to achieve from a stodgy, conservative, Chinese perspective.
To me the one piece of advice that stuck out to me from all of the I Ching literature was that where it encourages Yin to follow Yang. <insert quote> I had spent a great amount of attention to this and cultivated our relationship this way, sometimes with great pains. But he was following all of the advice for Yang towards Yin. So it was that we had forged a delicate kind of dance, punctuated by turbulent and often passionate storms of Air, Mind, Jen through our astrological sun signs. He was Aquarius and I am a Gemini. Without the language of Mutational Alchemy I could never begin to describe our relationship. So I very well couldn’t to just about anyone until this book was written.
Despite my insistence on following Yin and Yang protocol, neither m1thr0s nor I discount the active force of Yin. This may seem contrary at first, given that Yin is the receptive element, yet it has been identified classically in Chinese Antiquity as a corrosive and healing element.
In the past the difficulty with presenting Mutational Alchemy to the public was that it was so radically different from all other meditations on earth. This is where its strength lies, as the Earth’s religions and meditational practices have fallen far behind the times with regard to other disciplines, such as science and politics for example, but it makes fighting against the herd mindset within the occult intolerable.
People are so insistent on their outdated modes of thinking they feel it necessary to burden others with their dogma, even in a field where dogma has generally not been well looked upon. It’s such a leap in methodology that if one does not document every little detail of their path that leads them to success or desirable result, reciting the path to neophytes becomes damned near impossible from memories.
There is No God but Man. Perhaps we do send echoes or instruction into the past from the future. If so, let’s start by allowing ourselves *Will*, not just love. Love by itself is nice, but it doesn’t serve to elevate us the way that *Will* can and must. Love is the Law, Love under Will.

new limited t – kali yantra – mutational alchemy regalia

Grab a truly tantric t-shirt design while they last! This magickal garment combines the ancient Kali Yantra merged stunningly to the TwinStar of modern day Mutational Alchemy. This version of the Kali Yantra emphasizes the 5 Koshas (literally sheaths) of the Body of Light while the TwinStar defines the most efficient means of scaling and thus transcending them, culminating in perfect mastery of the Atman, or the highest attainable state of transcendental consciousness. A perfect marriage between the very ancient and the very rare. A highly occult emblem that few will understand but all will appreciate and find difficult to avoid being captured by its magnetic spell!

blue star kachina will melt your face, red star kachina will lop off your head

Not the pretty picture plastic shamans espouse, is it? And about as accurate.

We got this letter a while ago, (I’ll show it to you below) and  a recent interaction on reddit/occult called to my mind the increasing insurgence of interest in American Indian ritual magick, prophecy and superstition that comes along every few years.

The shallow and culturally poor glom off bits and pieces of really badly copied magick, from a people they don’t know.  The slipstreaming never stops.   The cry of “But I have so much respect for Native Americans/First Nations!” is very shallow. To respect a people, you must first know about them! I have actually been to the reservations of many many different tribes, and talked to the people. I have family living on  reservations, do you?

The post I had an issue with on reddit was presented by a boy, of working age who had a father divorcing a mother. The mother was an “alleged” witch, and was using magick against the father to gain the upperhand in the divorce. Fine by me. I am not going to get in the way of another occultist’s will. People started trying to help the son, even though he was a self admitted plebian/non-magick user, and had no evidence that the father was not an abomination. Then they started pimping out American Indian culture to him, like a cheap and easy cure all.

They kept repeating the New Thought zany mantra to buy some sage and “smudge” the house.  These are sacred traditions. You cannot buy sage at a Wiccan store and call it good. It has to be harvested respectfully, with will and intent, at the right time of year, during a specific part of the plant’s cycle, and from a specific species, which is very rare and not available commercially, generally.

Occultists, we are better than this. Stop repeating plastic shaman tripe. If you genuinely want to learn about a tribe’s medicine ways, move to the reservation. Find an elder to teach you. Commit yourself to serving his or her family and taking care of them. This is what students of the medicine ways do for their teachers in real tribes with real medicine traditions, all over the world.

Just try to learn the truth by approaching a spiritual master. Inquire from him submissively and render service unto him. The self-realized soul can impart knowledge unto you because he has seen the truth. – Madhasudhana, Krsna

This symbiotic relationship in the oral tradition between teacher and student, where the teacher gives the tradition and the student gives service is sacrosanct and dates back to the dawn of man. This is what is lost on these people who go to a sweat lodge ceremony and pay $500 to do it. Medicine ways taught by the elders are free in American Indian cultures.  Pay it forward by buying their artwork in return. Do their yardwork. Bring them food, blankets or other necessities. This is the red way, which none of the plastic shamans are going to teach you.

I have watched a video caller the Secret Alchemy, which made a connection with the Holy cross  and Hopi prophesies of The Blue Kachina.
First thing came into my mind when I saw the name Blue Kachina was the Blue Twinstar, and I have been wondering if they are connected. As the video suggests, the Blue Kachina is actually a massive explosion in the center of our Galaxy that happens every 13000 years, and some people have estimated that next explosion will happen on the winter solstice of 1212.
One of the reason why I thought of the Blue Twinstar was because I though that the description of the effects of The Kachina explosion on a macrocosmic level seem to fit the changes that one would encounter on a microcosmic level, perhaps as a total result of the Great Work, effects such as transcendence of the Soul over Matter and the Unification whilst remaining individualized.
I hope I wont offend anyone with my curiosity, as my thoughts are solely based on my own subjective observations.

 My reply:

The Hopi are related to the Anasazi, small desert people who were once traders to the Aztec nation. There were quite a number of religious ideas exchanged,  including the idea that you had to sacrifice a lot of people to get what you wanted from the gods, in weird, festive and sometimes terrifying ways. In one excavation at an ancient Hopi well, over 90 skeletons were found, gifts to the underground water serpent god, probably.  They live all over the world now, but their homeland is in a small corner of the American Southwest between New Mexico and Arizona. I visited the “Mesas” in 2009. The place isn’t without problems, but one of the things that needs to be known about the Hopi is that they are very private, much more so than some other tribes I’ve encountered.

Isolated desert peoples distill concepts very effectively and come up with very innovative spiritual practice due to their isolation.  I don’t know that the Hopi believe this story about the galaxy explosion, and even if some do, don’t think that the whole tribe holds the opinion. Many of them don’t even know the meaning behind the religious symbols on the Katsinas body and accoutrements. In some people’s opinion, Hopi spirituality  is like a dead language – still practiced, not really evolving. Others believe that only a few dedicated individuals, exclusively medicine men and women can make decisions about the religion and evolve it. It’s not clear what occurs inside the tribe unless you are a part of the tribe. Even then, there are secret societies within  the tribe itself that share nothing with others in the tribe already.

From what I understand the Blue Star Kachina was not clearly identified. It could be either a spacecraft, god or a planet that lands or crashes on earth, the last stage in the so-called Hopi Prophecies. It doesn’t really match the status of the TwinStar as the generating seed of all existence, the connection that bridges Malkuth to Ain Soph Aur, or all of the other curious properties that we’ve been studying all of these years at TAI.

I don’t know that the video you watched (link was removed) is made by the Hopi people. The maker does not name any elders or medicine people in the video description or credits. This is important. If it’s not made by the Hopi people, or someone who has lived with them a long time,  it is highly offensive and should not be taken seriously at all. We’re allowed to speculate on syncreticism as much as we like – for example, wondering if the TwinStar is the Blue Star Kachina, but making a factual statement about a culture we don’t belong to like this is wrong.  The Hopi as a people are not generally ready to join the global conversation on magick and the occult, and until they are they need to be left alone, and their ideas need to be left to them to disseminate on their terms. This is the same right any culture has.

If you want to find out about anything American Indian, it’s not untoward to call the tribe. Ask them. They might put you in touch with someone who is very passionate about the topic and wants help getting the word out. They might laugh at you. They might tell you to fuck off. It’s the only right way to find out.  You can also visit in person.  Set up a visit at the hotel they run and spend a few days or preferably a few weeks there. Accept the place and people for what it is.  The truth is that the Hopi know about as much as anyone else. It’s a form of cultural genocide to put a people on a pedestal and then be dissapointed with them when they fail to meet expectations. White tourists do this all the time with American Indians, forgetting that the reservations they are visiting are some of the most poverty stricken places on earth with all of the problems that face afflicted areas.

The TwinStar

The TwinStar is alive, readily accessible, a proof of Abrahadabra. It has been created by m1thr0s alone, it’s not a nebulous prophecy, and it is presented on its own terms, outside of exclusive cultural boundaries. It doesn’t need to appropriate the Blue Star Kachina prophecy to legitimize it. It’s logically tight and can be experienced directly without taking anyones word on it. Sloppy intuitive and artistic interpretations are not for the serious occultist, especially when they are taking advantage of an exclusive culture that wishes to keep its ceremonies and beliefs secret for now.

There is an account of some Hopi etchings that have been reproduced for study within the tribe. The story goes that the etchings were made by lightning and the originals are in the Grand Canyon. It depicts a person surrounding by a serpent like an ouroboros serpent, and the persons head is cut off by the serpent. The elder referred to the serpent as the Purifier. The Purifier is a more sinister figure than the plethora of New Age and Conspiracy wingnuts  seem to want to believe, and considering there was a lot of human sacrifice going on in the past in the Hopi tribe, the cultural fixation on a REALLY BIG sacrifice is not far off from simply being a deeply embedded cultural memory and a longing to be redeemed by a big powerful sky god.  The prophecy states that the sky will be red one day when we wake up and the red star kachina, the Purifier will arrive to begin purification. Not much else is known (or else the Hopi have not been forthcoming about it). I assume it means a lot of blood shed and head rolling if its just a myth, and if it’s a real prophecy that will come true someday, your guess is as good as mine. Any assumptions are pretty much useless at this point, sort of like Eliphas Levi’s crackpot flowery theories about attaining World-of-Warcraft-esque occult achievement awards.

“To attain the SANCTUM REGNUM, in other words, the knowledge and power of the Magi, there are four indispensable conditions–an intelligence illuminated by study, an intrepidity which nothing can check, a will which cannot be broken, and a prudence which nothing can corrupt and nothing intoxicate. TO KNOW, TO DARE, TO WILL, TO KEEP SILENCE–such are the four words of the Magus, inscribed upon the four symbolical forms of the sphinx.”

“You are called to be king of air, water, earth and fire; but to reign over these four living creatures of symbolism, it is necessary to conquer and enchain them. He who aspires to be a sage and to know the Great Enigma of Nature must be the heir and despoiler of the sphinx: his the human head, in order to possess speech; his the eagle’s wings, in order to scale the heights; his the bull’s flanks, in order to furrow the depths; his the lion’s talons, to make a way on the right and the left, before and behind.”

Oh so it’s about despoiling the Sphinx, I get it. People fall too easily for “You have won a special prize” routine.  This whole line of shit is about a misconception about man’s relationship to nature. And that, the Hopi have not made the mistake of doing, which is perhaps the great lesson one can learn from all American Indian people, at least those that still follow the Good Red Road.

It baffles the wannabe tribe. “How could anyone not lose touch of their proper relationship to nature?” It’s the 1/16th Cherokee man’s disease to take the price of technology  and equate it with the  inevitable rape of nature. It’s sort of taken for granted that this will happen. That’s just not how it is all over the world among literally thousands of tribes of people. This is not how it is with very advanced science and the kind of science and technology the Abrahadabra Institute is interested in. However, the idea that nature must be conquered could never be more obvious to a person who is a part of the wannabe tribe.

I mean Nature created you, you worthless dweebs, it’s not like you can return the favor. “Oh no no no, Nature didn’t do that, God did that”. God. What the fuck is God?

The Hopi people have never espoused that this is to be translated as a comet, or Nibiru or whatever else the New Agers think up next. So it is important at least that if we want to make such theories, that we base them on our own thesis, and not on the prophecies of another people. They have access to all of the information we do today in astronomy but they do not equate the prophecies with stellar events.

*Author’s Note*
*All posts by m1thr0s at this site are amended articles extracted from a much bigger work-in-progress that will be defining Mutational Alchemy in all of its diverse principles and applications.  Since there is a great deal to this topic which is months away from completion, certain of its tenets deemed as standalone topics are being allowed to run ahead of the finished book. No responsible theoretician would ever imagine himself to be the only one pioneering important new insights all by himself so that where certain breakthroughs strike me as vital to the overall discussion at hand, these will occasionally find themselves posted as independent articles. This should serve several purposes at once, creating interest in the larger work on the one hand while facilitating a sense of fellowship with other like pioneers at the same time.

tikkun olam is a Hebrew phrase that means “repairing the world” (or “healing the world”) referring to humanity’s shared responsibility to heal, repair and transform the world. This notion of assuming responsibility for the entire world is not unique to any one culture and forms the basis of what is sometimes referred to as the path of the *spiritual warrior*.  In Lurianic Kabbalah we encounter some very specific ideas of how this is achieved by means of liberating the 10 sephiroth (or numbers) of the Kabbalistic Tree of Life. Luria taught that the Sephiroth (also called vessels) had become damaged in the first round of the Creation, making it necessary that these broken shards be returned to Ain Soph (the Boundless Light) from where they first originated. This is an allegorical tale hyphenating the need for us to manage our own mental debris, raising the standard of Mind itself. Mutational Alchemy goes on to demonstrate that the Tetractys of the Decad is ultimately the most efficient means of accomplishing this. The Tetractys unfolds symmetrically in four distinct stages finally culminating in Abrahadabra which contains 10 x 10 triangular *chambers* within itself distinguishing both Tree and Star divisions all contingent upon the number 10 – a number most often associated to Malkuth (Kingdom) and thus *the world* as well as *universe*, kabbalistically speaking. So we find that repairing ourselves is essentially synonymous with the principle tikkun olam.  *Physician, heal thyself!* the age-old axiom recants. Only by way of healing our spiritual selves does healing the world become rationally attainable.

While an in-depth study of the Tetractys eventually leads us to a symbiotic binary & ternary mathematics culminating in a highly complex anatomical physics, there are a few exemplary roadmaps in route to this that do not require of us to have fully mastered that more comprehensive physics. Indeed, on the face of it, it might take us a thousand or more years to do any such thing! What has come to be called the TwinStar is outstanding among these more distilled symbological roadmaps. Thus the TwinStar is most often passed on to seekers of this greater knowledge even at the beginning stages of their development, as it is known to comprise that greater knowledge within itself and can dispense that knowledge interactively with dedicated application and study. This can only be communicated experientially at this pass, despite the fact that there exists a growing body of data suggesting that we will eventually be able to prove it empirically as well. For the moment we are still relying upon the faithful accounts of individuals doing their own work and reporting their own individual findings.

The TwinStar is of the rarest class of magickally charged symbols expressing a kind of topological super-symmetry rooted in specialized numerical arrangements. The counting of these numbers in their proper sequence creates a kind of magnetic ley-line effect and the most potent of these are called unicursal glyphs as they are infinitely repeating symbols whose alpha and omega points are the same at the level of plane geometry. The most famous of these rare symbols is known as the Great Seal of Saturn in Western mystery traditions:

This arrangement of 9 sequential numbers is called magickal because all horizontal, vertical and diagonal rows of numbers produce the same value (15) whereas the resulting symbol is weighed auspicious for being compliant, coherent, unicursal and also conforming to 4:4 time rhythmically. It is thus highly adaptable to the pronunciation of various four-fold words of power, whether names of God or other dynamic four-fold mantras. Altogether we derive a means of both expressing and alchemically projecting some imagined form of Unity.  It is important to acknowledge that we are engaging the faculty of imagination in this type of visualization exercise but we are at the same time adhering to a well defined set of logical rules such that both hemispheres of the physical brain are equally engaged.  It is generally maintained that this sort of sigil is capable of producing a wide range of possible impacts, from stilling the mind to unlocking miraculous phenomenological events of many kinds, all rooted in the focused intent of the individual performing the operation.

The following glyph demonstrates how the Tetractys of the Decad interacts with the Kabbalistic Tree of Life which is constructed symmetrically to the human body itself. It is important to understand that the TwinStar (which is built upon the Tetractys) imposes a higher order of Unity upon the Tree of Life in total, having the general effect of collecting it into itself while retaining it intact, since the Tree of Life is a mathematical subset of the Tetractys as well as Abrahadabra. Thus we refer to it as the *Star* and often use the term *star alchemy* in referencing its properties. It is vitally important for the student to understand that Kabbalah (aka Qabbalah, Caballa, etc) is an ongoing work in progress where the image you are scrutinizing at this moment in time marks a significant turning of the page from older models to the new. In this image the Tetractys is expressed as the 10 shaded triangles, sometimes referred to as the Secret Chiefs according to their unique positioning within the 100 internal triangles of Abrahadabra.

There is so much going on with this visualization practice that it would be impossible to summarize it all within the confines of a blog. Moreover I just like having it posted like a lighthouse beacon quietly broadcasting its signal over and over again where some will learn from it directly and others will wonder and perhaps explore its premise on their own initiative. Still others may gain from its presence without ever knowing how or why!  For those who wish to learn how to perform it, you should always begin from the Widdershins Rotation, progressing through the Deiseil Rotation and finalizing with the Final Close actions – in that order. Follow the arrows and words as well as you can until you are finally able to perform the entire thing from memory.

So that is the gist of things in an extremely reduced nutshell, but there are still a few things that need a little clarifying that will leave most people hopelessly lost or confused if omitted: (1) it always takes two rotations to result in a complete TwinStar sigil, rendering the conceptual subtext one of symbiosis at all times. Aside from the numbers 1-10, there are two other numerical properties involved in the creation of the TwinStar: The property of Ain Soph (also Ain Soph Aur) resides at apex from which everything originates and is subsequently drawn. The property of Daath ( i.e.  Knowledge) which rests between Sephiroth 3 & 4 in the Tree of Life but completes the triangle in the TwinStar.

Anatomically, Daath corresponds to the ayurvedic throat chakra and is thus linked to the faculty of speech. Although its sephirotic identity is hotly contested, Mutational Alchemy’s position is that it qualifies as a pragmatically validateable *not-sephiroth*, or *not-number* contributing syntax and grammar to the sephiroth as a whole. It is especially significant that it comes to unite with Ain Soph (whose numerical value is 0) in the TwinStar visualization practise.  Daath is well known as a collection point for every kind of mental debris whereby unconscious ignorance is able to gain a foothold over us, distorting our sense of who we are and what our purpose may be. The fact that we routinely route it through Ain Soph in this visualization practise means we have a means of flushing it of all this kind of mental garbage and restoring it to its primal serenity and calm. It is one of the many dynamic characteristics of this particular alchemical projection exercise.

twinstar-hemispherical01

The method of creation being employed in this demonstration is called the *numbers method*. Numbers are possessed of enormous integrity that demand very little of us while affording us a nearly frictionless method of operations. By *frictionless* I mean that there is very little psychological debris associated to numbers in themselves, even though some have become resistant to numbers due chiefly to negative associations acquired through public education or other kinds of traumatic exposure. In cases like this we need to restore their true relation to ourselves as they are not our enemy but among our staunchest allies. They work especially well when pioneering kinds of action we may not have every reason to be trusting, thus allowing us a full range of rational skepticism via an absolute minimum of applied belief. If there is any downside to this, it is probably that they tend to make for a rather awkward grounding action in themselves. For this I am applying the formulas A-U-M-N (to the circle) and A-H-U-A  / A-Th-H (to the triangle) both ascending and on the final drop.  These word formulas have a long and tested history but no part of the mantras being employed here are necessarily etched in stone. They are offered here as being exemplary and that is all at this moment in time that is all that is required. The word A-U-M-N simply divides the circle into 4 even parts. The Words A-H-U-A / A-Th-H create the ascending triangle which then drops plumb (from apex) and floats quietly back to center. The alchemical formula Hua-Athh has a special relationship to Abrahadabra as both words add to 418. So again – as neutral a word formulas as we may be able to find, allowing us a means of testing the visualization practise without committing much more than a prudent attention to details.
