Component #1

DIATOMACEOUS EARTH

 Get “PERMA-GUARD FOOD-GRADE DIATOMACEOUS EARTH”

Get “IODINE U.S.P”

Make sure it’s the red stuff!

35% HYDROGEN PEROXIDE

“FOOD GRADE”

This can be picked up at feed stores or on line
16 fl. WizOz,
Oh.. I mean 16 fl. oz. (ounces) Can be picked up for around $20.00 to $35.00 US

So now we have our list of components

Here’s how the basic alchemy is applied

Component #1

the ‘DE”

Begin by filling a coffee mug half way with your favorite fruit juice

Stir in a large tea-spoon scoop of DE and drink it before the DE settles to the bottom

Pour a bit more juice in the mug and drink as a chaser

Now (not necessarily all at once)

Drink at least
12 ounces of spring water
(very important!)
Do this once a day for two weeks

Component #2

IODINE U.S.P.

Fill a mug about half way with your favorite fruit juice

(I like cranberry-raspberry for this step)

Add 3 drops of iodine to the juice and drink

Drink at least 12 fl. ounces of spring water within the next hour

Do this once every other day for 1 week

Then do this once every 3 days for 2 weeks

H2 O2

Take 8 fl. ounces of spring water and add three drops of
FOOD GRADE 35% Hydrogen Peroxide to the water

(Add a little cran-razz to the water for taste)

Do this once ‘every other day’ for at least two weeks

This step is the least important of the three for complete de-flouridation of the body

But you’ll never regret doing it

Now, I’m sure that it goes without saying…
But I’m going to say it anyway

Now a word or two about component number 2

IodineFluoride and Iodine are fairly evenly matched when it comes to ownership of the glandular system

And by that I mean, if fluoride has present ownership of the glandular system, it got ownership because of a lack of iodine in the system

But a person can not remove the fluoride from the glandular system by simply starting iodine supplements, one can not knock out the other, and visa versa

Whoever has the ball keeps it so to speak

The difference that needs to be understood here, is that fluoride can only get control because of a

lack of iodine

And even then, fluoride still can not take hold in the system, without the assistance of another toxic substance called

Bromine or Bromide “So… Here’s the situation”In the 40′s or so, the FDA ordered that the Iodine from all mass produced foods must be removed

At this same time period, the FDA ordered that Fluoride was to be added to all municipal water systems everywhere
